Reply from Jessica, Age 13 - 07/13/08 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water. the water will get rid of some of the sugars and salts in your body that normally hold water, so you will loose some water weight. just think- low sodium, less carbs, more fruit, more water. i know you can do it

If you have lost 2-3lbs by the end of the week well done - if not the next week try even harder until you get there. Running - very good exersize Walkin - easy to do, try and fit it in for about 25 mins extra a day Dancing Push ups, Sits Ups and all that - fit a few in inbetween commercials. Also wake up a little earlier and go for a jog you really lose the pounds in when morning exersizing. Good luck hope that helped.
