Reply from Emma, Age 15 - 07/13/08 - IP#: 24.130.158.xxx Try not to snack between meals, and if you do eat something healthy liek a piece of fruit. And you have to exercise at least 5 days a week! Choose healthy food over non-healthy food. It will be hard for the first week or so. But once you get past that it WILL get easier! Good Luck!
