Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey,I really don't know what to do anymore??It feels like when I gain inches it is around my waist and not my height.Being so short it is hard being thin also..I love my inside but in the world we live in that does not matter anymore.It is what your package is and that is a hard world to live in.I just want to do this for myself..It feels like my parents are in charge about everything but this is the one thing I can change.The one thing people can be proud of me and only me.I want people to be so shocked of my weight lose.I don't want to wear the biggest size in everything and i really cant take it anymore..Highschool is comming and I dont want to be the kind of person saying I wish i would have lost it sooner..Any advice or comments would be wonderful!!

first of all, you aren't that short. second, you are completely right. just because we look different doesn't mean we are. i hate it when people pick on or ignore you because your bigger. i mean we're humans too. we have feelings! they can't just push us around. it's not right! well, good luck with your goal!

I feel the same, most people just judge on looks these days and if you're not thin enough, you either get picked on or totally overlooked. I know we can both reach 130 if we try really hard. Good luck! xx

Hey, I know what it feels like to have all your friends be thinner than you, it sucks. To lose weight you need to do three things. 1) Eat healthy 2)Exercise everyday (or at least 5 days) 3) Find motivation. You can do it! I have lost 40 pounds over the past 3 years and all it takes is motivation to do it!
