Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Wow, 2 pounds in an hour workout with Wii Fit. Time flew by! But I'm pretty sure that isn't unhealthy, because people who have an identical BMI lose 10 pounds in a week, and I guess that's what happens when you start to exercise eat right. But yeah, posting my success, as this is the farthest I've ever gotten. I've learned alot about posture, and minute-by-minute, I'm becoming more aware of how unhealthy my body is - and it started with how my posture was. Remember, always sit up straight, you'll get used to it after a little bit. And stand straight, with an equal amount of weight on each foot. Anyways, enough about my exercising, my diet is also going well. I'm not on a strict diet, I'm just eating right and healthy.

yeah. people who weigh more- lose weight faster, so no- it's not unhealthy. you're doing fantastic! keep it up!
