BUT WHEN I LOOK AT MYSELF I SEE IT
IVE BEEN ON THIS "EATING PLAN" WITH MY MOM
WHICH SHES DOES ONCES A MONTH FOR A WEEK AND ITS DAY 3 AND IVE ALREADY LOST 5 1/2 POUNDS. I DONT SEE A DIFFERENCE BUT SHE DOES I HOPE TO LOOSE MORE TOO. =D

its probably fat plus water weight. its not unhealthy to lose that much in the beginning. its your body getting rid of stored water, plus some fat

I'm confused with how you've lost 5.5 pounds in three days. What are you doing because those numbers do not sound healthy at all?

I know what you mean. Everyone on this site says that "You're not very overweight!" and I actually dont look how i want to at all. No matter what people say, lose weight if you want to. You can really change your life. GOOD LUCK!
