eat lots of: fruits & veggies (smoothies and salads are really good!) drink lots of water. stay away from processed and packaged foods. or, if you have to have them, only have one serving. remember to exercise too!

cut back on refined sugar, processed foods, simple carbs and sodium. reduce your calories, up your fiber, water, and exercise. Take it one morsel at a time. remember- plenty of fresh fruits and veggies!
