Have to have it after dinner and I've alloted calories so I can. I know that a few people are like me and I thought we could make a post of lower calorie dessert alternatives so we can satisfy a sweet tooth while not destroying all the work we've done. I like: meringues (120 cals for five) stawberries in 60 calorie choc pudding apples in caramel dip frozen yogurt hot chocolate sorbet What about you guys?
Reply from Jessica, Age 13 - 07/20/08 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx i dunno how they taste, but certain yogurts (like yoplait light) have chocolate, key lime pie, and other dessert flavored yogurts. i normally have fruit salad w/ a little whipped cream

Reply from ellie, Age 15 - 07/20/08 - IP#: 212.30.4.xxx lemon sorbet is a good one. also just one scoop of ice cream with low cal squirty whipped cream isnt that many calories. weight watchers do pots of delicious but lower calorie version of desserts. lots of ice-creams are under 100 calories now. fruit and low cal whip is a good one except it might not be desserty enough for some.
