From Sera, Age 15 - 07/20/08 - IP#: 66.91.99.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'1", Start: 195 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 150 lb - UGH guys im so frustrated rite now ok this morning i weight myself & instead of losing weight i gained 2 pounds & this whole week i been exercising my butt off & i cut down on food staying within a 1200-1500 calorie range. so why did i gain weight? but i eat kinda the same foods jus less of it but im so confused if any can help me on why i gained or has any advice for me on like what foods to cut down on or avoid to lose more weight i would really appreciate it. thank you guys <3

Reply from Jocelyn, Age 17 - 07/20/08 - IP#: 68.147.201.xxx If you are not eating enough calories, then your body thinks its starving and stores fat on your body. This is why you have gained weight. Eat 1500-1700 calories instead. Dont get discouraged, your doing great so far!
