Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So this weill be my senior year in high school. YES but i kinda want to be a little smaller when I start. Like im 5 7 i wear a size 12 jeans and a medium or large shirt. I kinda want to go down a few jean sizes. If anyone has ne suggestions please give them to me. thanks.
