Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - ok, so today i really started the whole system. For breakfast i had a smaller bowl of cereal, instead of the big bowl I usually have. For lunch i had a pizza, with some grapes, instead of chips. And for dinner i think i am going out to eat. Yeah i kno not a good way to start, but i saw this tip on tv. Im gunna ask for a box when my food comes and cut everything in half. Put the rest away for lunch or something another day. But yeah and im gunna jumprope and lift weights. you're doing this a reallllly smart way. because you're still enjoying the foods you love, just in smaller portion sizes and with some healthier substitutions (like grapes instead of chips). the key is to keep foods you love in your diet to keep yourself from binging. if you deprive yourself you're only going to give up and binge, and no one wants that. youre doing a great job, keep it up!:)

that sounds great, actually! yo u need to make it realistic, so that it fits your life while still losing weight. that way you'll keep it off when you're done losing. Keep working on those great new habits- and order ice water with lemon for your drink out tonight instead of a calorie-laden beverage. keep it up!
