Ht. 5'11", Start: 220 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - SweeeT!!!!I am seriously pretty excited about the amount of wieght I've lost. Thanks in part to my job(heavy equipment&labor), I am now more active than ever....YAY!!
