Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - blehhhhh. okay so i have NOT been watching what i eat for the past like 4 days... and ive been drinking everynight with friends for the past couple of days too... and i also had my period so im a little bloated. so i gained like 3 pounds but im pretty darn sure its water weight because i always go up and down the week of my period. sorry to you dudes out there i know its T.M.I but still lol so starting today im going to count my calories again and exercise. wish me luck! im goin to dance in my room for a while, since im home alone haha its a good workout. good luck guys! everyones doing awesome!

all i have to say is empty calories!!! i used to drink all the time with my friends and stoping alone made a difference in my weightloss...

haha i couldnt drink two nights in a row lol i get such bad hangovers

I know what you mean! This week has been full of drinking for me too! Oh well. You can do it! And so can I. :)
