Ht. 5'5", Start: 254 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I havent been on here for in a long time. I used to come and read all the posts all the time but I eventually stopped. I started trying to lose weight again, and I know this time it's for real. I lost 4 lbs the week before last, and none last week which makes me work extra hard this week. I have a huge problem with snacking and that kills my healthy eating...does anyone have any ideas on how to curb snacking?? I usually end up eating 2-4 snacks a day and want to try to cut it down to 1 or 2 healthy snacks. Also, does anybody exercise before they get going in the morning? This is reallllly hard for me, and I just can't seem to get up to exercise. I end up doing it later in the day but I feel if I did it in the morning, I'd be more energized and more likely to not skip it. =/ Also, good luck to everyone on here!!

snacks are good. you should eat frequently- you just need to make sure it's low-cal good foods like fruits and veggies- not crackers or chips.
