I have the same problems i have strech marks all over my body and i had very big arms. There bigger than my dads... but my dad is built So whatever... I no it must be hard to face yourself in the mirror and say oh thats the fat person. But you need to face another side of you and say Look at that girl in front of me shes SO pretty. Cuz thats what i think when i look at myself Im over 200 lbs. But i need to have faith and be happy of who i am first before i work hard to work out. Cuz if Im sad and work out.. i'll work out for a day and then go back to eating every second So be happy of who u are first! My tips are eat small portions but still eat what u love to eat. Replace sugary drinks with water. Try some new healthy foods [trust me they are REALLY good if u add some Flavoor] take a walk every day. And day by day you'll be happier of who u are! i hope u reach ur goal! keep the faith.. Much hope Tiff <3
