Ht. 5'2", Start: 152 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 115 lb - For breakfast, I had this breakfast bread toasted with half a serving of cream cheese(225 cals) with a glass of milk (130 cals), for lunch I had sandwhich on whole wheat bread with turkey, cheese, lettuce, and some ranch, (about 370 cals), and then later I had those low fat types of yogurt that have either a type of candy or granola you put on it (200 cals), and then for dinner I had this lasagna (stouffer's smart ones) that comes in a box (300 cals), and as a dessert or snack I had the lowfat yogurt again. For exercise I burned 150 calories in dance dance revoulution. How did I do? :]

1425 calories in total then. thats very good. and the food is mostly healthy
