Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay. ive been doing okay food wise. did a few days of billy blanks tae bo. been doing squats togive me a bit more of a butt lol i have no bum and it irritates me! i have a weird frame. wider shoulders, hardly any hips and no butt but big boobs. i carry mostof my weight in my midsection. i dont have a gut my stomach is really flat but really flabby. so i think if i lose more weight in my waist ill look more hourglass. bah idunno. im losing hope here. i just wanna get out of the 170s!i wanted tolose like 5-10 pounds this summer. didnt lose a damn pound.didnt gain either but still.. wanted to lose. i dunno im gonna workon it some more and see what happens. i want this so bad... good luck everyone

I know I'd hoped to be 170 before September 5 but that isn't gonna happen lol. Keep working and you will get toned, it took me a while before I started to see any results at all. =]
