Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 177 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 145 lb - Helooooo everybody. Haha. Well this summer kinda sucked in the way that I didn't loose NEARLY the amount of weight I had hoped to. I would have settled for five lousy pounds, instead I lost one. Ugh... :[ Oh well, I still want to be 174 for my school dance at the end of September. Do you think I can be 170 by Christmas? I feel so discouraged right now cuz I have some cute clothes I can't fit in and I can't buy more becuase even if I had enough spare cash nothing fits. Blah. I think I've been doing pretty well eating so far. Does anyone have any tips to boost my metabolism? Just so I can get rolling again...?

heyy i hear you. i wanted tolose 10 this summer and lost one pound. and i only friggen lost it like today lol its sostupid. keep at it though. you're bound tobreak this plateau sooner or later good luck!

I know what you mean...this summer suckeddddddddd! I didn't lose the 10-20 that I wanted to:( and I'm just so mad at myself. Tips to boost metabolism-- eat something little every 3 hours. Also Green Tea is a good metabolism booster =) good luckkk~ I just binged, I feel terrible :( but I danced like a half hour later and now I'm sweating. Still, that binge was horrible. Aghhhhhhhhhh
