Ht. 167 cm, Start: 77 kg, Today: 77 kg (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 55 kg - I really want to be healthy by the time I turn 16 about this time next year. That means I need to loose about 22kgs. I don't particularly care about being attractive but I am in a high risk zone for developing Diabetes Type 2 which scares me. I don't want to be like my mother and father who are both struggling with weight issues. I want to be HEALTHY. I was almost there once but I am one kilo away from putting everything back on. My dad doesn't understand. He is always getting take away food and I'm too embarressed to discuss this issue with him. Can anyone help me out?  (Note: 167 cm, 77 kg is 5'6", 169 lb.)

I recommend buying two great books: The Diet for Teenagers Only and Bobbi Brown Teenage Beauty. Also, read what I posted for daisy a few posts below yours to get some tips. We're here for you! Best wishes. :P
