From Motivated, Age 19 - 08/15/08 - IP#: 71.192.26.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - ugh ugh ugh. I ate about 2,100 calories today. I was doing fine- I woke up late and had a 6" subway sandwich and baked lays chips that together were 500 calories. after work, though, I pigged out on a large bag of kettle corn that had 7.5 servings in it at 130 cals per serving!!! AND on top of that, I then ate a couple carrots and a whole thing of red pepper hummus that had 12 servings at 50 calories each! OMG! what is wrong with me? the only real good about today was I walked around quite a bit for work (but I think I need to do some cardio tonight because...gross), and I had over 45 grams of fiber which luckily blocks some of the calories i ate today and aids in weightloss and good digestion. blech though! how do you stop yourself from being stupid some days??? idk. I've finally started my period too, so hopefully that'll take off some water weight. no more eating for the rest of the night, a lot of water, and 20 min.s on the elliptical, i think. good luck everyone!
Reply from Flower Fawn, Age 15 - 08/16/08 - IP#: 71.185.135.xxx Don't worry, I've had days like that, and worse. Then woke up the next day to feel crabby, bloated, stupid, angry, and full of zits. Ewww....I shudder just thinking about it. Sometimes things just happen. but the best way to prevent slip-ups is by being prepared and determined. Just get back on track and you'll be okay. :P
Reply from fara, Age 13 - 08/15/08 - IP#: 67.161.91.xxx it's okay everyone has their off days. once i had two slices of pizee, 1 huge piece of cake, and like three scoops of ice cream. it was insane. but as long as you watch your calorie intake for the next few days, and excersize a little more you should be fine :)
