Layne Bryant is a great plus size store and Fashion Bug has larger sizes now as well.

Torrid goes up to size 28, they are always in my magazines. roamans.com goes to 44w, OneStopPlus.com goes to 44w, WomanWithin.com goes to 44w, just search online
