I have a lot of work to do. Its really hard to eat healthy in my house because I'm the only one that struggles with weight so I'm pretty much screwed. HELP!!

If you can't get them to, eat healthy at school and at other times when you're out, and then eat smaller portions of less healthy foods at home. Don't forget to drink lots of water and exercise!
Reply from Sarah, Age 14 - 08/24/08 - IP#: 71.173.156.xxx Your goal weight is too low, i'm shorter than you (5 feet), and i weigh 115, my nutrianist and my docter, says that's a perfectly healthy weight, and i look great now, if you raise your goal weight, you can achieve what you want faster, u will probably be healthy and look great from 115 to 120
