Ht. 6'0", Start: 185 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 170 lb - sooo im new to this...
well according to the charts im overweight by five pounds...
my friends even told me that ive gained weight in the past couple of months compared to how i was...
i guess this is wat happens wen u come from a thim family...
i jus happen to LOVE food so its gunna be TOUGH!
i jus recently started to gain the weight
my mom thinks im very overweight though and wants me to lose she says about twenty pounds at the least...
i dont even think im that big but my real goal is gunna be 15 pounds.. and ill go on from there
i dont noe how im gunna do this so yea, any help please??

You could still eat what you are eating now. Just portionize it. And add vegetables and fruits to your meals.

I think you should start by writing down what you eat for breakfast, lunch, and supper. And by slowly gettin into exercising for at least 20 minutes a day three times a week.
