Ht. 5'2", Start: 133 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - i need some help. this past school year was crazy, i gained 36 pounds all from stress. i wanted to lose some weight this summer but i didn't really stick to my goal. its really hard to motivate myself and i never eat right because my mom stocks the kitchen with fattening food and we don't really have the money to throw it all out and a ton of new stuff. so can anyone help me? much appreciated.

your not very overweight, but to lose a few pounds i would suggest not to focus on the scale but try and do some exercise- like walkin, jogging or join a school club and if you cant get a hold on healthy food just try and limit your portion sizes and eat slower
