Ht. 5'6", Start: 205 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 135 lb - I was just curious
do you guys think its possible to reach my goal weight of 135 (negative 57 pounds) by august next summer?
also , my biggest problem areas are my inner thighs and my belly,any suggestions on extra focus for these areas?i want to lose most of the weight in these 2 places.

i definitely think you can. and for your thighs and stuff, go on youtube and do 8 minute buns and legs. they work amazing
