Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - ok so as you can see i want to loose 50 lbs, however that may change once i get closer to my goal because i don't believe in a number i believe in how i feel, and how i look. i don't wanna be the "perfect" look by far. I am unusually comfortable with how i look and i have been told i don't look as big as i weigh. my ultimate goal is to be healthy, i want to be fit and to be able to go up a flight of stairs with out gasping for breath. i have just started college so access to a gym is a two minute walk away. however access to greasy food via meal plan is also a two minute walk away funny huh? i have to walk through the cafe to get to the gym... you gotta love it. so please wish me much luck i can use it

good luck and i mean that. my first year of college i gained my fifteen and my friends fifteen ( she lost) i dont know y i was walking and moving and eating mostly right but still yeah... so you have my heart and everything good luck..... keep in touch
