Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys! My birthday is tomorrow which means fun, friends, and FOOD. any ideas to eat semi-healthy? We're barbequing so there's gonna be hamburgers and hot dogs and crap like that.

oooh happy birthday! mine was two days ago :D
anyways, why dont you try asking your parents for reduced fat or even veggie hot dogs, burgers, etc. have a couple pretty fruit and veggie platters as well because they taste super good and make your plate more colorful. and since barbeques almost always include chips, try getting a healthier version of your favorite. that, or try these AMAZING things called popchips (i had some with my lunch today!) theyre super good and instead of frying or even baking the chips, they put them under high pressure until the pop! so yeah that and drink lots of water. enjoy :)
