Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 145 lb - So my boyfriend is coming home at the end of october and i want to surprise him by lossing at least 20lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that. Please and Thank You.

I totally get that your wicked excited to see him, and you want to surpise him, with how much weight you lost, but try not to set exact number, for this amount of time, becuase in the end if you don't make your goal, you might be to hard on your self for not making it. I'd say, just keep up with what your doing, you've lost 18 pounds already! :] So just keep eat right, and exercise. i know, everyone is sick of hearing that, and its diffenatly not as easy as it sounds. I don't know what your eating habits are and stuff, just try eating one or two more fruits and vegtables a day, and just maybe gett a little more than just a hour of exercise a day. You might not meet you 20pounds, but who knows i'm not a doctor. Just keep trying and don't give up. And remeber losing weight shouldn't be for anyone eles but your self, but whatever the amount you end up losing your boyfriend will be very proud of your for losing that! Good luck!
