I have unfoutunatly be gaining some weight (At least 105lbs since I started). But I have a problem with these last 20lbs I packed on. My resting heart and breathing rate are very high. I can't walk across my liveing room without being out of breath, gasping for air and my heart rate insanely high. I haven't moved because of this: I've been sitting her for the past 4 hrs. eatting doughnuts and haven't moved in all this time. Please someone help!

There are somedays were all i want to do is sit at the computer eatting cookies or something like that. Try, taking one or two doughnuts (depending on how big they are) and just eat one or two, not alot or the whole box. Are you bored? is that why you have been just sitting there eatting? If you're bored and there isn't anything eles around your house, try going out side and just take a walk in your yard or down your street or something, you can get come exercise, and maybe you'll think of something to do when you get back home. Or maybe if its a rainny day or something you could try playing free online games, it might keep your mind of eatting because your bored. I go to nick.com all the time and play there games. I also have a webkinz. (if you don't know what that is, its a stuff animal, that your buy a halmark, and it comes with a code, and you go on to webkinz.com make a free acount, and play games, and you get money to make a house for your pet, its kind of for younger kids, but my friends and i have some! Its really fun!) Try to fingure out why you just sitt there eatting. If your bored, play games like i said, or are you upset, or mad about something, and you don't feel like doing anything eles? If your upset or something even taking a little walk can get you to clean your mind. Once, i was having some friend problems over AIM, and i went for a jogg, and when i came back i knew, just what i wanted to do! Good Luck!
Reply from britney, Age 14 - 09/04/08 - IP#: 67.84.171.xxx you should start eating healthier and try to walk everyday. even though you might get out of breath, take it slow. if you do it everyday, your body will get used to it and adjust. then once you start losing weight, start to up the intensity of your exercise. you try to bike ride, i love it. and also try workout videos that are for beginners. in no time, you will start to see changes in your body and be down to your goal weight!
