Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 268 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 154 lb - I'm 14 years old and I'm overweight, I've tried about a million diets and treatments and I just can't do, I've had no help, my parents are always too busy to support or help me in anyway and although I say I'm on a diet they still continue to cook foods that are bombarded with grease and fat can anyone give me any tips?

i think you should try to go to the grocery store with your parents and stock up on healthy food as you can. my mom is the same way and i finally got fed up with it, so i learned to cook. i have a little george foreman grill and i make grilled chicken and turkey burgers on it all the time. i also make alot of salads, my fave combo is spinach and arugala with chopped apples and carrots. and also try to get some type of workout in. go for walks, do workout videos,anything to get you moving. good luck.
