Reply from britney, Age 14 - 09/04/08 - IP#: 67.84.171.xxx i think you should set little goals for yourself. like set a goal to lose 20 pounds, then treat yourself to a manicure or something. then set another goal of like 15 pounds or something, then once your reach that goal reward yourself again. i also think you should lose about 60-65 pounds. so that will bring you around 112- 117 pounds. that is a healthy weight range for your height and age. even though it may sound like alot, do it in small doses so it's not overwhelming. i hope i helped you at least a little bit!
