Ht. 6'0", Start: 174 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 163 lb - So im new to this i really havent noticed how much i weighed and umm the last tym i went to the docs i was 163 last year around this tym but the most recent weight check was at skool b4 we got out lyk around may-june and i was 174
so i gained a total of 22 pounds over the summer...
i didnt even tink it was this much... i thought maybe at the most lyk 8 lbs o sumtin...
My mom always critizes me she calls me fat and it does hurt...
kuz i never was lyk this till i got in to the7th grade...
i probably put on a few pounds that year but she made it worse kuz that made me sad and i guess i wuld eat mor, and i still do(kuz of her:but most importantly me)
She kums out of no where to my room and sees me on the computer and says y didnt u help out wit the dishes &sees me on the computer and she says that that is y im so Fat kuz i just sitt around all day even after i eat wen really i do me hw online and im a good student but no she cares about the looks not the schoolwork...but i have to admit i am getting bigger compared to how i was in pictures so yea my goal is to be 163 again not 174 i want to go futher for myself..
Has anybody gone through this?
is there any1 around my weight and height??
So ima start off by cutting out chips and only eating fruit as snacks...
i am gunna hav i special k bar in the morning and for lunch jus fruit and wen i get hme my salad..does it sound good??

hey Jamie,
so i just read your post and were basically in the same situation .. i used to be 165 but then in one summer i went up to 185.. like i couldnt believe it..im also 5'7 so i know that being tall it sometimes makes you not look like how much you weigh bc the weight is distributed bc of your height.. but i just wanted to say that i hope you do well bc i know you can do this and your meal plan that you wrote was really good but is that enough to fill you for one day?? beacuse if your too hungry youll end up killing your diet ..
