Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - so i've been insanely depressed for the past like 2 weeks, so ive been eating like crazy! PLUS i had my period (sorry i know, i know) which didn't help. im pretty sure i packed on 3 pounds that i lost, making me 170 again but i refuse to put that on here. because it will just depress me. but today ive done really well so far. no more saying "oh ill start again tomorrow" im gonna do this. so wish me luck, and good luck to you all!!

I'm on period too. It sucksss. I get these cravings but thing is, there's like nothing in my house lol so it's not that bad. I couldn't binge even if I wanted to since the fridge is like empty. All we have is some strawberries, salad, cans of pineapple..slices of cheese. Stuff like that and it's not that bad. Just forget the bad days and move on forwardd. Remember...when someone falls down in a race, they don't just stay down, they get up and get moving like nothing happened..with their eyes still on that finish line. Keep your eyes on the finish line=) good luck
