Everything has to be balanced..so when you lose weight, you naturally lose it all around and not just in one area. Just do some hard core walking and aerobic exercises like that and the weight from your face as well as your body will melt off together. Usually the first place you lose weight from is your face, shoulders and waist. Jump up and down, shake around and if you don't feel comfortable jogging outside..jog around in your house, go from room to room. There are lots of weighs to burn those cals and lose weight :) just believe in yourself and anything is possibleee, anything. Good luck!
