Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 135 lb - hi everyone so its been exactly 7 days since i started portion controlling and mild excersise (30 mins 4-5 days a week) drinking lots of water and i lost 2lbs!!! i start with a bowl of special k every morning, eat a special k bar for a mid morning snack, i eat lunch at school, eat supper at home (ieat early) than excersise (can be anything that gets heart rate up i dance or walk). Drink 1 glass of water with every meal/snack. remember weight does not come off over night!! good luck see u next WED!!

Hey erm i think i might try wha your doing too.
water, smaller portions and 30 mins exercise for 4-5 days a week.
