Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - first of all sorry i didn't realize i kept putting my current weight in the starting weight spot and my starting weight in the current weight spot and ok i dnt think i've ever posted any thing about my family but i have 7 other siblings and we're not shore yet but there my be another baby on the way with means i'll have to baby sit a alot more with isn't so horriable (i have my sister to help me shes 17) but the more babbysitting the less exercise the less exercise the more weight X__X

Hey. You should try taking whoever you babysit for walks. So that way u get to exercise, and babysit at the same time. If u want any other information, just let me knw.
