Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - GOD. okay so i keep trying and then messing up. all i want is to weight 164 to be considered a normal weight, then to get down to 160. those are attainable goals, but i can't control myself!! today though, so far i've only had about 525 calories. i had a big bowl of veggie soup, and 1 single slice of pizza. (i couldn't deprive myself, but only one slice is a big deal for me lol, i LOVE pizza). anyways, i power-walked for 30 minutes lastnight, and i plan on walking/jogging with my sister tonight if it doesn't rain. She's desperately wanting to lose weight also. If i can lose 59 pounds, then she can. So ive been counting her calories and made her a lunch for work so she doesnt get too stressed out with the counting like i did in the beginning. anyways im blabbering on, but good luck everyone and wish me luck! i need some self control lol byee :)
