Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 124 lb (BMI %tile: 75), Goal: 115 lb - I havent posted on here in a few months and I'm not overweight anymore. I just wanna say that some of your encouraging words from a while ago really helped me. I've been so proud of myself because I've made goals to lose weight for years but I never actually thought I could do it. But this summer I did. Thank you and I just wanted to say that.
