Ht. 5'4", Start: 163 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - like most of you, im obviously out of shape. i used to have this problem where i would WANT to be anorexic, i would search the web on how to NOT eat. but then upon those sites i found a healthy one, this one. im going to try this to feel more confident about myself and be proud that i lost the weight a safe and healthy way instead of ruining my body. im excited for this. eating right isnt a problem for me, you will all probably think im lying... but honestly i havent drank a single soda for about 3 years! (not for weight purposes) im good at motivating myself on what not and what to eat. my problem is that killer excersise! i cant run the mile worth my life! its kinda embarassing in gym class that im always one of the last kids done. but im going to try my hardest to excersise. its getting colder outside right now but im going to movivate myself to run tomorrow. i plan to finish my goal weight of 115 lbs that would be a total loss of 48lbs! if i do this, i hope to buy a killer dress to show off what i worked for, and i hope to get my belly button pierced. i would also like last summer to be my last summer of wearing a tummy covering swimsuit. i want a nice swim suit this year. so if any of you have some really good tips.. on anything.. that would help alot! id really appreaciate it.
