Reply from Claire, Age 19 - 10/22/08 - IP#: 64.131.205.xxx you've lost 5 lbs! which is great! just give it some time...and when you're on the treadmill do you listen to music? you should because that way it won't be boring and you'll just be jamming to your favorite tunes, also scientific study states that those who listen to music while exercising, burn more calories! =)
