Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - QUESTION: Will I burn more calories walking the treadmill for an hour? or dancing on fast paced songs for an hour? let me know. Thanks dudes=)good luck~

Well it doesn't really matter so switch it up by doing dancing for three days, then walking for three days, etc. However, dancing is a lot more fun and you tend to move a lot more body parts, so you and up toning as well as doing cardio. ;)

i think you burn more calories dancing, but walking is the best method of burning fat and losing weight. im not entirely sure why, but ive heard it on many different occasions. but you could still do both, like one day walk, another day dance. switching it up like that tricks your body into burning more fat and calories. have fun ! :)
