Reply from Molly, Age 15 - 10/30/08 - IP#: 12.208.135.xxx hey. i weight about 145 and am 5'1" so i know how you feel. for me, the only thing that seems to help me is to eat healthy. as cheesy as it sounds its the only way to go about it. that and exercise. snacking is a big thing for me too. thats what usually kills my day. What i did to jumpstart it is to take one day and eat what you would normally eat and record it. you will see how much you truely eat and for me, make me feel guilty and then the next day i'll eat healthy. then for the day after that, i know that i did good for one day and i can go another. just take it day by day and keep going to this website. I've lost the most weight while i was using this website daily. You'll never know what you can achieve till you go for it. so stick with it and it may take a while, but you'll have like 70 years to enjoy the benefits! hope this helps.
