Ht. 5'10", Start: 170 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - How do i do this?! i cant get skinny.. i mean i dont eat at all.. i exersize... GAH HELP

Not eating is not helping you either you need to eat to help your body and brain work!!

Well first you gota eat. Just control how much you eat and eat healthy. Keep exercising.Sometimes it takes awhile before you start losing weight.Dont give up.

THat's exactly why you're not losing weight! if you don't eat, you won't lose! You HAVE TO EAT if you want to lose weight. Eating every 3-4 hours will speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight. NOT EATING will only damage your metabolism and get you nowhere. There's no point, you'll only get weak and kill your system from inside. Eat something!

if you don't eat i bet your metabolism is horrible- you cannot build muscle, you are not getting the proper nutrients to help you burn fat. you need a balanced diet and exercise. you need to eat. your body will look horrible if you choose to starve yourself in order to lose weight.
