Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I gained weight... unless my scale is stupid... I only had Wendy's TWICE!!! OMG... I need to get serious... someone help me... I'm shy and I don't really go out. Please help me! What do you all do? What do you all eat?

well i try not to eat fast food. when you stop eating it all together, if you eat it again your body just doeant like it so you arent addicted to it like you used to be because fat is like an aquired taste to your body and your digestive system. it has to adjust and when you reject it for so long it goes back to normal.

I recomend writing down everything that you eat, and reduce it by a certain amount each week. You won't miss the food you like if you are still eating it...just in smaller portions.
