Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - So...only 70 pounds to go until I get my tattoo! There is an amazing gym on campus, but my grades are slipping so I'm living in the library. Plus, the gym is a 2 mile walk from my dorm and thus takes quite a long portion of my day away.
Any of you have tips for in-dorm workouts?

if you get a bike, two miles will feel like nothing, and you can get some great cardio done at the gym on all of the machines. in the dorm, i'd use your own body weight ans a couple of free dumbbells to weight lift and strength train- pushups, lunges, squats, crunches, stretches, etc...good luck! you're doing so well so far!!!
