Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - well, i lost another pound in like, 3 days 'cause i finally decided to try harder. hopefully i don't relapse again.

i won't!(god knows)
By sunday i'm hoping to lose another 4 so i'll be down 15 in a little over a month.. that'd be awesome!
