I've been eating decently and working out, but I've gained 4 pounds in 6 days according to my scale, and I'm not on my period or about to get it, so do you think it's just water weight?

Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 11/18/08 - IP#: 67.70.202.xxx probably water. try drinking a loottt of water for at least 3 days, and dont weigh yourself, and dont change anything either and see if anything changes. also, since youve been working out you are probably gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. so while you're most likely losing inches, there is muscle being made underneath the fat. dont worry about it too much, whatever it is, the numbers will go down very soon. good luck :)
