Ht. 5'8", Start: 212 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - so ive basically been really fed up with being fat so i didnt eat till 4 today and then i made a cheese and meat quesadia and ate a few chips now i just drank like 2 bottles of water im bout to go workout...then have an apple or some kind of fruit when i get back :/ urgh i hate dieting....i cant even do it right

If you prolong your food intake until late in the day...that's counterproductive. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and its the meal you are more likely to burn off during the day. Plus if you don't eat enough you gain weight very very quickly. I know from experience.
