I want to loose weight, but have no motivation whatsoever. What's the best exersise to do? any advice? Im sick of my belly aswell, it's massive. =[ (Note: 167 cm, 88 kg is 5'6", 194 lb.)

It takes will power, and all of us have it in ourselves! i went from having literally 5% motivation to 95%.. and not throughout a month.. only after a week of finally deciding to do something about my weight. honestly, excersise! buy turbo jam! or do your own excersises.. it gives you so much more motivation its incredible. Take it from the girl who never even wanted to walk to the fridge to get herself a glass of juice , when she was 5 feet away... ME! it works, i'm tellin' ya. The thing is, you can try and lose weight and try and try but it takes that one time when you're absolutely ready to do it, and you'll know. gotta give yourself a kick start! good luck.
