Hopefuly ill reach my goal weight soon be for my lacross season starts in spring. Tell me what u think, is it a good idea or not.
Reply from Taylor, Age 15 - 12/10/08 - IP#: 75.66.64.xxx Yo yo dieting as the act is referred to is very dangerous, so most likely you're giving up you healthy habits halfway and then going back, which is VERY DANGEROUS. And a bowflex may be good, but it will burn VERY FEW calories at all. It's for building muscle, which can help you lose weight, but cardio (jump rope, running, swimming, dancing) is very important as well, and you have to do it even if it gets you out of breath, otherwise it will be virtually impossible to lose any weight.
