Reply from Sam, Age 20 - 12/17/08 - IP#: 86.25.240.xxx Eat whenever you want, just don't eat too much and do some excercise... Really couldn't be simpler. Ignore the sillyness that of peoples obsessiveness; DONT EAT AFTER 5 PM OR YOU WILL EXPLODE Some people have obligations, be it work - or whatever else subsides what time you can eat, and that's not a problem. "Ideally", a lot of people will suggest that you eat 6 small meals throughout the day to keep hunger away and your metabolism at its peak. I usually try eat breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast may be a 500G carton of fat free bio yoghurt mixed with wholegrain porridge oats and maybe a sprinkling of candarel (low calorie artificial sweetner) Or, for example, today I had 2 pieces of wholegrain pita bread. No spread. Lunch, I usually pop over the road to my local sandwich shop - today, for example, I had Chicken and pastrami (lean meats) with mixed salad, onion lettuce tomatoes on brown bread. (no butter / mayo) Then when it was about time to go to the gym, I had a large coffee with skimmed fat free milk and 2 protein bars for extra calories / energy. I spent a few hours in the gym, weights + 20 mins running and some swimming. Walked home and made my protein shake which has creatine among other ingredients - it's almost a meal replacement really. Mixed that with water, then had dinner Dinner = Lean Chicken pieces with mixed salad. Balsamic vinegre as a dressing. (No fat - low calorie) If you could just adhere to a regular excercise routine and incoroperate some running and perhaps weight training you would barely even need to touch your diet and you'll still get results.

Reply from Jessica, Age 18 - 12/15/08 - IP#: 67.204.232.xxx make sure you eat during the day, but at night if you don't want to eat, drink a lot of water.. and sleep! sleep takes the hungriness away. And if you're starving, then eat. but don't overeat. and don't eat while you're watching tv! .. that's my weakness haha.
Reply from Claire, Age 16 - 12/15/08 - IP#: 71.146.82.xxx Eating at night is the WORST! Find time throughout the day to eat! WEat a big breakfast, small lunch and tiny dinner BEFORE 6!
Reply from Mikayla, Age 18 - 12/14/08 - IP#: 67.183.96.xxx Bring healthier snacks with you during the day so when you get home you don't have to binge because you won't be as hungry. Or you could prepare healthier foods for that evening's dinner.
